about me

Hi! I’m Gianna.

I’m an entrepreneur, mother, self-development enthusiast, and certified spiritual life-coach. I’ve been on the spiritual journey for 6 years, working with different coaches and devouring countless self-help books. I became my own personal lab rat, putting nearly everything I’ve learned into practice.

I’ve always had a connection to spirituality. Though for many years it was mostly filtered through religion, I eventually discovered my own unique practice.

Growing up, life was far from easy. I’d experienced nearly every setback you can imagine. My parents were mostly preoccupied with their divorce, in and out of court for years. There was so much family dysfunction, emotional deprivation, money struggles, substance abuse…at one point or another, I was exposed to it, or experienced it personally.

I don’t know for certain why some people emerge from these situations wanting to do everything in their power not to let their past define them. What I do know is that I had this innate drive to do whatever it would take to take control of my life and my future, my destiny. This drive, combined with inquisition and a nearly fearless approach to self-discovery came together and became the very reason I healed in the ways that I did.

Spiritual healing has deepened the love that I have for my self and in the process, has greatly developed my compassion for others, especially as I step into the role of coach. I believe that everyone wants to evolve at their core, but what holds them back is a disconnection from sovereignty. It’s possible to overcome just about anything when you devote yourself to excellence, to becoming the best version of yourself. Devotion and consistency, not perfection. A coach balances this delicate space of safety and gentle redirection toward your goals to guide you along this journey of accessing your higher potential. This is what I have dedicated myself to achieving.

Integrating the human being and the soul.

As we step into spirituality, we must remember to embrace our human components. Every flaw, every trauma, every fear, every insecurity; these are all human experiences that, if we allow them, illuminate the path to our highest self.

the connection to something larger than oneself through the discovery of one's sacred meaning and purpose in life, unique to their own beliefs and values.

what’s the word from the community?

what we do

It seems more and more people suffer from loneliness and struggle with forming healthy, long-lasting connections. Social media is a proposed cause of this new isolation pandemic, along with many other speculations, but perhaps there is a deeper issue here. Beneath the guise of highlight reels we use to safely connect with others, there’s shame, fear, and, I believe, a deep, human longing for something more.

We cannot live fully without community; humans thrive on healthy connections and symbiotic relationships, but unfortunately, many of us were taught that we can only rely on ourselves.

Inability to create functional friendships and relationships tends to stem from early childhood trauma, and in these moments, we may not have learned what functional looks like, but we sure learned something: how to cope. And cope without release is a breeding ground for a life only ever lived in survival. But do we want to just survive? Or do we want to feel safe enough to live life to its fullest?

Our work lies in not only getting to the core of these fears and dysfunctions, but actually learning how to release them and replace them with healthy habits and practices. This is the beginning of our journey back home to ourselves. It is here where we develop our self-love so that we can create lives rooted in expansion and not fear. From self-acceptance, we create self-love, nurturing each of the delicate parts that make us who we are. Then we build self-esteem, learning to trust ourselves and others in the process. We recalibrate the dynamic to place the power back into your hands so that you can take control of your life and welcome healthy connection into you life.
